  1. In a bowl, mix 1 egg, 8 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of butter Then add lemon zest, cinnamon powder and salt to flavor
  2. Now we are going to mix 2x flour with 1x milk in the mixture, gradually add 1 tablespoon of yeast
  3. For the farofa, I mix 5 tablespoons of flour, 4 tablespoons of sugar, powdered cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of butter, mix with my hands (the heat of the hands helps melt the butter) until it forms a farofa.
  4. In a greased and floured mold, place the dough a little above the half of the mold, ripe bananas cut into slices, a nice layer of dulce de leche and finish with the farofa Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes or until the farofa is brown and crispy
