  • Processed sweet biscuit200 g
  • Melted butter100 g
  • Sliced Bananas6 unit(s)
  • Sugar6 tablespoon
  • condensed milk790 g
  • Cream cheese400 g
  • Whipped cream to decorate0 to taste
  • Extra bananas for garnish0 to taste
  1. Mix the biscuit with the butter until it forms a fine crumb.
  2. Line the base of a 21cm springform tin with a removable base.
  3. Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes then book.
  4. Take the sliced bananas and heat them with sugar to caramelize for 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. Put the caramelized bananas in the blender along with condensed milk and cream cheese and beat until smooth.
  6. Place the cream over the reserved biscuit dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and take it to freeze.
  8. When ready to serve, top with whipped cream and banana slices.
