- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Mash the bananas with the help of a fork, caramelize the sugar and add the bananas. Let it cook for at least 8 to 10 minutes or until the candy is coming off the bottom of the pan. Allow to cool and transfer to a platter.
- For the cream: in the blender, beat the milk, the condensed milk and the cornstarch after beating, take it to medium heat until it thickens (if necessary add a little more cornstarch dissolved in the milk). Once ready, turn off the heat and add the cream. Wait for it to cool down a bit, pour it over the banana jam. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1:30 hrs.
- Optional: you can add a chocolate ganache over the white cream.
