Derreta o açúcar igual que fosse fazer calda para pudim,acrescente as bananas e mexa, acrescente a canela em pó e mexa em fogo brando até o doce dar ponto.
Obs:O ponto do doce é quando ele estiver bem moreninho e começando a soltar do fundo da panela.Desligue espere esfriar e coloque em um recepiente e leve para gelar.
