  • ripe bananas (already with black dots)4 unit(s)
  • Clove1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon powder2 teaspoon
  • Water1 cup
  1. Peel and cut the bananas into slices.
  2. Put the sugar to cook and stir until it is completely in syrup (caramel).
  3. Mix the cloves, cinnamon and water and then pour over the sugar, still in the fire.
  4. Stir until the sugar is liquid.
  5. Then throw in the bananas and stir until they are covered.
  6. Stir constantly to make sure it's not sticking to the bottom of the pan.
  7. Cook over medium heat until the bananas are dark, caramel-colored.
  8. Remove from heat and place in the refrigerator. Serve alone or with sour cream on top.
  9. Before serving, remove the cloves.
