Banana Raisin

70% Chocolate (I used vegan)

No processador, coloque as bananas. Processe até virar uma massa para modelar;

In the food processor, place the bananas. Process until it becomes a dough to model;

Com as mãos úmidas, enrole essa massinha em bolinhas;

With wet hands, roll this dough into balls;

Derreta o chocolate em banho maria (usei o microondas);

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie (I used the microwave);

Passe as bolinhas de banana no chocolate derretido, disponha em uma forma coberta com papel manteiga para não grudar;

Pass the banana balls in the melted chocolate, have it in a shape covered with parchment paper so it doesn't stick;

Leve na geladeira por meia hora e prontinho para ser servido.

Place in the fridge for half an hour and ready to serve.
