- Banana Raisin | 200 g
- 70% Chocolate (I used vegan) | 100 g
- In the food processor, place the bananas. Process until it becomes a dough to model;
- With wet hands, roll this dough into balls;
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie (I used the microwave);
- Pass the banana balls in the melted chocolate, have it in a shape covered with parchment paper so it doesn't stick;
- Place in the fridge for half an hour and ready to serve.
