  • Banana Raisin | 200 g
  • 70% Chocolate (I used vegan) | 100 g


  1. In the food processor, place the bananas. Process until it becomes a dough to model;
  2. With wet hands, roll this dough into balls;
  3. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie (I used the microwave);
  4. Pass the banana balls in the melted chocolate, have it in a shape covered with parchment paper so it doesn't stick;
  5. Place in the fridge for half an hour and ready to serve.
