- Cut the ripe bananas into slices. Bananas of your choice can be used.
- Put the sugar in a pan and let it melt, stirring well so it doesn't burn. When the syrup is caramel-colored, add the water and let the sugar melt again.
- When the syrup is all melted, add the bananas and let it cook well. Stirring carefully so as not to crush the sliced bananas. If all the liquid dries up, you can add a little water just to finish cooking the bananas. Turn off the flame on the stove when the bananas are cooked. Allow to cool and place in a serving dish with a lid to store in the fridge.
