Sliced banana2 unit(s)
Oil1/2 cup
Eggs4 unit(s)
Oat bran2 cup
Baking Powder2 tablespoon
A pinch of cinnamon powder to taste

Blend the bananas, eggs and oil in a blender. Until it becomes a homogeneous mixture
In a bowl, place the oat bran and baking powder
Add the homogeneous mixture and mix gently
Turn the dough onto the greased tray, place the bananas cut into slices and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes or until set.
