- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Mix of nuts (nuts, chestnuts, raisins, peanuts)1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- Mash 4 bananas
- Mix with oat bran, olive oil, eggs, nuts, sugar and cinnamon.
- Add the yeast and mix slowly
- Unite the form with margarine and wheat flour and distribute pieces of banana
- Bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 180°C
