Ingredients

• White or coconut flour | 2 cup
• Coconut oil | 1/2 cup
• Vanilla | 1 tablespoon
• Eggs | 2 unit(s)
• Honey | 2 tablespoon
• Organic Sugar | 1/3 cup
• Very ripe bananas | 2 unit(s)
• Baking soda | 1/2 dessert spoon
• Chemical Yeast | 15 g
• Cinnamon Powder | 1 dessert spoon
• Nutmeg | 1/2 dessert spoon
• Chopped walnuts | 1/2 cup
• Raisins | 1 cup

Recipe

1. In a large bowl mix the eggs, oil, sugar, honey and stir with the fuet or a large spoon
2. Add the nutmeg and cinnamon to the flour and stir a little more.
3. Throw in the yeast, stir gently
4. Add the raisins and chopped walnuts and stir gently
5. Bake in greased form for 00:40
6. If you prefer when the cake is baked, sprinkle sugar icing on top and decorate with raisins and walnuts.
7. Use 15 or 20 cm shape
