- Ripe bananas2 unit(s)
- Oat flakes1/2 cup
- Coconut Flour2 tablespoon
- Oat flour2 tablespoon
- Melted butter or coconut oil1 tablespoon
- Skimmed milk or coconut milk1/2 cup
- Culinary sweetener1/2 cup
- grated coconut2 tablespoon
- 70% chocolate chips2 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Mash the bananas well in a large bowl.
- Add the eggs, flour, oatmeal and butter and mix well.
- Add the milk, the sweetener of your choice and the grated coconut. Mix.
- Add the 70% chocolate chips and the yeast and mix carefully.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured loaf pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes.
- Tip: decorate with coconut flakes and chocolate chips.
