- Shredded Coconut1/2 cup
- Cinnamon01 to taste
- Oil1/2 cup
- Chemical Baking Powder01 tablespoon
- Water1/2 cup
- Syrup In a pan add 3/4 of sugar and stir until melted, add 1/2 cup of hot water and mix until the sugar dissolves, let it thicken until it reaches the point of syrup, and set aside.
- Cut the bananas into slices or the way you prefer.
- Unite the form with oil only and add the syrup and bananas.
- Pasta Beat the eggs, sugar, oil and milk in a blender.
- In a container add the wheat flour and little by little add the dough beaten in the blender and mix by hand.
- Add the cinnamon and coconut and finally the yeast, mix gently.
- With the shape already ready, put the dough and take it to a medium oven preheated to 180°C for approximately 30 minutes.
- After roasting, unmold if you prefer.
