Mashed bananas3 unit(s)
Brown sugar1/2 cup
Butter2 tablespoon
Cocoa powder3 tablespoon
Oat flour1 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon

Mix all the ingredients, except the yeast, in your hand with a whisk, until obtaining a homogeneous mass. Finally add the yeast and mix. Place in the oven for 30min.
You can increase it with pieces of banana with cinnamon or even like 70% chocolate. In the photo, we grease the mold with butter and cocoa, banana slices with cinnamon and the dough was on top.
