- For the cake dough, beat in a blender or mixer, the eggs, milk, sugar, oil and the vanilla essence.
- Mix the flour and yeast, sifting slowly, this makes the dough fluffier, mix everything and severve
- For the syrup, take the sugar in a pan and melt it over medium heat, always stirring so it doesn't burn, when there are no more sugar lumps you can turn off the heat and spread the syrup in a rectangular or round shape.
- Place the sliced or long sliced bananas on top of the syrup and then pour the cake batter
- Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes or do the toothpick test.
