Sugar for the caramel
First, put a cup of sugar in a pan and bring it to medium heat, stirring constantly so it doesn't burn.
Soon after, when it melts completely, add 3 tablespoons of water and mix until all the clods are melted and turn into a caramel, with the caramel still hot, transfer it to a cake form.
Then, cut 5 bananas into slices or slices and place over the caramel, spreading evenly, then set aside.
Then, in a blender, place a banana, egg, oil, milk and sugar, beat everything for 2 minutes, then transfer this mixture to a bowl.
Soon after, add the sifted flour little by little and stir gently, then put the yeast and stir until mixed.
Finally, pour the dough over the caramelized bananas and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes or until well baked.
Then let the cake cool down a bit and serve.
