Para a forma antes de assar a massa :
Faça uma calda de açúcar e água na própria assadeira , ou então em um outro recipiente mas coloque na assadeira antes de colocar a massa , deixe esfriar e corte as bananas como desejar e coloque por cima da calda  , costumo usar de 4 a 5 unidades .


For the form before baking the dough:
Make a sugar and water syrup in the pan itself, or in another container but put it on the pan before putting the dough, let it cool and cut the bananas as you wish and put it over the syrup, I usually use 4 to 5 units.


Para a massa : 
Bata os ovos , açúcar , óleo ,água e a banana amassada no liquidificador .
Acrescente essa mistura no bowl  com a farinha e o fermento , misture com a ajuda de um fuet .  

Leve ao forno a 180°c até estar completamente assado, desenforme ainda quente . 
Utilizo assadeira redonda de aro 20, em fatias mais finas rende muito mais que 8 fatias .


For mass :
Beat the eggs, sugar, oil, water and the mashed banana in the blender.
Add this mixture to the bowl with the flour and baking powder, mix with the help of a fuet.

Bake in the oven at 180°c until completely baked, unmold while still hot.
I use a 20 rim round roast, in thinner slices it yields much more than 8 slices.
