Sugar for syrup
For the form before baking the dough:
Make a sugar and water syrup in the pan itself, or in another container but put it on the pan before putting the dough, let it cool and cut the bananas as you wish and put it over the syrup, I usually use 4 to 5 units.
For mass :
Beat the eggs, sugar, oil, water and the mashed banana in the blender.
Add this mixture to the bowl with the flour and baking powder, mix with the help of a fuet.
Bake in the oven at 180°c until completely baked, unmold while still hot.
I use a 20 rim round roast, in thinner slices it yields much more than 8 slices.
