- Pour the sugar into a round shape and heat until completely melted. Soon after, slice the bananas and arrange over the caramelized sugar. Pasta: Beat the egg whites and set aside. In another dish, beat the eggs with the margarine and sugar. Add the flour, milk, salt and yeast. Finally, mix the egg whites and continue beating. Pour the dough into the caramelized form with the sliced bananas. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 30 minutes.
