Sliced bananas2 unit(s)
Eggs4 unit(s)
Oil6 tablespoon
Milk or water1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Sugar3 tablespoon
Wheat flour1 cup
Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon

In a bowl add the bananas, eggs, oil and milk. Beat everything.
Add the sugar and then gradually the wheat. Then the salt.
Finally add the yeast and mix well.
If you want, you can grease the mold with a little melted sugar and add banana slices to the bottom of the mold to give it a charm.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 min.
