Sugar1 cup
Water1 cup
Eggs3 unit(s)
Milk1 cup
Butter/Margarine3 tablespoon
Sugar1 cup
Wheat flour2 cup
Bananas (the more ripe the better)2 unit(s)
Sliced bananas4 unit(s)

Syrup: melt the sugar over low heat until golden, gradually adding the water until all the sugar dissolves.
In a blender, beat all the other ingredients, except the banana slices.
Pour the syrup in a shape, no need to grease or flour.
Place the sliced bananas on top of the syrup.
On top of the bananas, pour the blender mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
