- Bananas (the more ripe the better)2 unit(s)
- Sliced bananas4 unit(s)
- Syrup: melt the sugar over low heat until golden, gradually adding the water until all the sugar dissolves.
- In a blender, beat all the other ingredients, except the banana slices.
- Pour the syrup in a shape, no need to grease or flour.
- Place the sliced bananas on top of the syrup.
- On top of the bananas, pour the blender mixture.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
