- Start with the caramel, heat the sugar over low heat until it melts completely and forms a caramel. Then add hot water and mix until dissolved and firm. Now transfer to the mold, (24 cm), and place the sliced bananas on top of the caramel and leave it reserved. In the blender, place the eggs, oil, chopped bananas, milk, sugar and beat for about 3 minutes. Then add the flour and baking powder and beat a little until be all homogeneous. Then put this dough in the shape that was reserved with the caramel and the chopped bananas and take it to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, for approximately 40 minutes.
