Banana Brigadeiro with Dulce de Leche filling

Amasse as bananas.
Numa panela adicione a manteiga as bananas amassadas, leite condensado e o creme de leite.
Acenda o fogo e mexa os ingredientes até desgrudar do fundo da panela e ficar em ponto de brigadeiro.

Deixe esfriar em temperatura ambiente (não leve a geladeira)


Mash the bananas.
In a pan add the butter, the mashed bananas, condensed milk and the cream.

Quando conseguir manusear a massa faça bolinhas do tamanho que preferir.
Faça um buraquinho no centro dela adicione o doce de leite e feche.
