Banana, apple and cinnamon fit cake.

In a blender, beat the apple with the oil, the eggs and the rapadura.
Transfer to a bowl and add the flour and cinnamon.
Pour half of the dough into a mold with a central hole greased with oil and cinnamon.
Distribute the fruits of the stuffing and cover with the rest of the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 40 minutes or until golden.
Unmold warm and let it cool. (I put brown sugar syrup on top).
NOTE: You can also add raisins and walnuts in the recipe.
