- Oat Flakes Fine or Medium2 cup
- Raisins1/2 cup
- Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Sugar (optional)1/2 cup
- Cinnamon to taste
- In a container, mash the bananas, add the eggs, sugar and raisins and mix well, add the oats and mix again and finally add the cinnamon and yeast.
- Put the dough in a greased shape with butter or margarine and take it to the oven for approx 40 minutes. Serve cold.
