  • 3 tablespoons of butter75 g
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
  • grated coconut100 g
  • 2 1/2 cups caster sugar400 g
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour150 g
  • 2 cups of granulated sugar320 g
  • 1 cup of hot water200 ml
  1. Place the granulated sugar in a pan and stir until the sugar dissolves and caramelizes. Gradually add the hot water and stir until the sugar clumps melt.
  2. In the blender, beat the eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese, refined sugar, grated coconut, butter or margarine and beat well. Add the wheat flour and beat for another 1 minute.
  3. In a rectangular tray, place the caramel syrup, the beaten liquid and cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Place the form inside another form, add hot water and take it to the preheated oven at 220°C for 60 minutes or until firm.
  5. Wait until warm, unmold and serve.
