- 3 tablespoons of butter75 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- grated coconut100 g
- 2 1/2 cups caster sugar400 g
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour150 g
- 2 cups of granulated sugar320 g
- 1 cup of hot water200 ml
- Place the granulated sugar in a pan and stir until the sugar dissolves and caramelizes. Gradually add the hot water and stir until the sugar clumps melt.
- In the blender, beat the eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese, refined sugar, grated coconut, butter or margarine and beat well. Add the wheat flour and beat for another 1 minute.
- In a rectangular tray, place the caramel syrup, the beaten liquid and cover with aluminum foil.
- Place the form inside another form, add hot water and take it to the preheated oven at 220°C for 60 minutes or until firm.
- Wait until warm, unmold and serve.
