- Sugar1 cup
- In a pan, place the sugar and heat over medium heat until it melts, then add 3 tablespoons of water and let it boil for about 5 minutes or until you get a caramel. Pour this caramel into a pudding mold and set aside.
- In the blender, beat the eggs, milk and condensed milk and beat for about 5 minutes. Then pour into the mold and bake in the oven in a bain-marie with hot water for 1 hour or more if necessary.
- Take the fridge for 2 hours, run the knife back to release the mold and unmold.
