Bakery Pudding

Prepare a calda derretendo o açúcar na própria forma,reserve. Coloque no liquidificador o leite, os ovos, a margarina,o açúcar e o trigo, bata por 4 minutos. 
Desligue o liquidificador e coloque o queijo ralado e o coco,misture com uma colher. Coloque a mistura na forma com a calda e leve para assar em banho maria por 1 hora e meia. Deixe esfriar e desenforme.

Prepare the syrup by melting the sugar in the mold itself, set aside. Place the milk, eggs, margarine, sugar and wheat in a blender, blend for 4 minutes.
Turn off the blender and put the grated cheese and coconut, mix with a spoon. Place the mixture in the mold with the syrup and bake in a bain-marie for 1 hour and a half. Let cool and unmold.
