- Pears3 unit(s)
- Chopped Gorgonzola Cheese30 g
- Handful of chopped walnuts to taste
- White or red wine100 ml
- Cloves10 unit(s)
- Honey to taste
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Orange juice1 unit(s)
- Cut the pears in half and remove the pits. Remove the pulp and cut into cubes.
- In a bowl mix the pulp, cheese and nuts.
- Stuff the pears with the pulp mixture. Sprinkle cinnamon and add honey on top of each one.
- In a form put the wine, cloves and orange juice. Then place the pears and take it to the oven preheated to 180°c for 15min.
- Serve hot or cold. Ready!!! It's a delight!!!
