- Egg1 unit(s)
- Medium flaked oats1 cup
- Peanut Butter1 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Blueberries1/2 cup
- Chopped Strawberry1/2 cup
- Xylitol Sweetener2 tablespoon
- In a bowl, mash the banana well with a fork and beat well with the egg.
- Add the oatmeal, peanut butter, xylitol sweetener and mix well.
- Add the baking powder and stir gently.
- Place half of the berries in the dough and reserve the other half to put on top.
- Grease a small rectangular pan with a little butter and oat bran
- Place the dough and remaining berries on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Ready 😋 great breakfast option that helps with intestinal functioning 😉
