- Condensed milk395 g
- grated coconut100 g
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Crystal Sugar1 cup
- White Vinegar4 tablespoon
- In a pan put the margarine, condensed milk and grated coconut.
- Over low heat, stir until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan.
- Transfer to a container and leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Make balls and set aside.
- In a pan put the sugar and vinegar.
- Let it boil until the point of snapping and golden. No need to move.
- Popping point is when you take a drop and put it in a glass of water and you hear the syrup pop.
- Take the balls and with the help of a fork dip them in the syrup and place in an aluminum container to cool.
- Do this for all the balls and pack as you wish.
