Ingredients

  • Condensed milk | 395 g
  • grated coconut | 100 g
  • Margarine | 1 tablespoon
  • Crystal Sugar | 1 cup
  • White Vinegar | 4 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. In a pan put the margarine, condensed milk and grated coconut.
  2. Over low heat, stir until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan.
  3. Transfer to a container and leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
  4. Make balls and set aside.
  5. In a pan put the sugar and vinegar.
  6. Let it boil until the point of snapping and golden. No need to move.
  7. Popping point is when you take a drop and put it in a glass of water and you hear the syrup pop.
  8. Take the balls and with the help of a fork dip them in the syrup and place in an aluminum container to cool.
  9. Do this for all the balls and pack as you wish.
