  • grated coconut200 g
  • unsalted butter or margarine1 tablespoon
  • Topping: sugar300 g
  • water6 tablespoon
  • White Vinegar4 tablespoon
  1. Bullet:
  2. Bring the condensed milk, coconut and butter over medium heat, stirring constantly until it releases from the bottom of the pan (rolling point)
  3. Place on a plate, cover with plastic and let cool.
  4. Once cold, shape the balls and set aside on a plate greased with margarine while you prepare the syrup.
  5. Syrup for the topping: Place all the ingredients in the pan over medium heat without stirring until a thick, orange syrup forms.
  6. Dip the sweets quickly in the syrup with a fork, let the excess drip off and put it to dry in a greased shape or parchment paper, after drying, pack them in plastic wrap.
