- grated coconut200 g

- Topping: sugar300 g
- water6 tablespoon
- White Vinegar4 tablespoon
- Bullet:
- Bring the condensed milk, coconut and butter over medium heat, stirring constantly until it releases from the bottom of the pan (rolling point)
- Place on a plate, cover with plastic and let cool.
- Once cold, shape the balls and set aside on a plate greased with margarine while you prepare the syrup.
- Syrup for the topping: Place all the ingredients in the pan over medium heat without stirring until a thick, orange syrup forms.
- Dip the sweets quickly in the syrup with a fork, let the excess drip off and put it to dry in a greased shape or parchment paper, after drying, pack them in plastic wrap.
