Para a calda na panela  : acrescenta o açúcar e  o vinagre e 220ml de água e  deixe ferve por uns 20 minutos no fogo baixo. 

For the syrup in the pan: add the sugar and vinegar and 220ml of water and let it boil for about 20 minutes on low heat.

Para saber o ponto da calda pegue um copo de água e pingue  sua calda se na água endurecer já está bom 

To know the point of the syrup, take a glass of water and add your syrup if it hardens in the water, it's good

Para o brigadeiro :adicione o leite condensado, a manteiga e coco ralado, e mecha até ficar em ponto de brigadeiro. faça bolinhas e leve a sua calda mergulhe as bolinhas  e espere esfriar para servir. 

For the brigadeiro: add the condensed milk, the butter and grated coconut, and stir until it becomes brigadeiro point. make balls and take your syrup, dip the balls and wait to cool before serving.
