- Condensed milk395 g
- Grated coconut (100g packet)1 unit(s)
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- White Alcohol Vinegar4 tablespoon
- In a pan put the condensed milk, grated coconut and margarine.
- Over low heat, stir until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan.
- Transfer to a container and place in the fridge to cool.
- In another pan, add the sugar and vinegar.
- On low heat, stir until it comes to a boil.
- Tip: Popping point is when the sugar melts. Take a drop and drop it into a glass of water and you hear a popping sound.
- Make balls with the dough and with the help of a fork dip into the still hot syrup.
- Place in a container and cool.
