In a pan put the condensed milk, grated coconut and margarine.
Over low heat, stir until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan.
Transfer to a container and place in the fridge to cool.
In another pan, add the sugar and vinegar.
On low heat, stir until it comes to a boil.
Tip: Popping point is when the sugar melts. Take a drop and drop it into a glass of water and you hear a popping sound.
Make balls with the dough and with the help of a fork dip into the still hot syrup.
Place in a container and cool.
