- Condensed milk | 1 can(s)
- coconut | 100 g
- Sugar | 1 cup
- White Alcohol Vinegar | 3 tablespoon
- Water | 1/2 cup
In a pan, add the condensed milk, coconut and cream, mix everything and bring to medium heat. Stir until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan. Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl, allow to cool.
Then take some of the candy in your hands and roll it into the size of a brigadeiro.
- Syrup preparation:
Combine the sugar, water and vinegar in a saucepan.
Bring to a low heat and let it boil until the point of snapping, the syrup will be golden.
- TIP: The popping point is when the syrup turns golden brown, so you drip some of the syrup into a cup of water and you hear a pop.
With the help of a fork, or toothpick, pass the bullets in the syrup and place in a greased aluminum shape. Let it cool down and it's ready, it's delicious.
