Misture o coco,leite condensado e  manteiga mexe no fogo até desgrudar da panela fazendo um beijinho 
Depois que esfriar faça bolinhaas e deixe espetado palitos de dentes nela

Coloque a açúcar e a água numa panela para fazer a calda
A dica é não mexer nela depois que ligar o fogo pra não açúcarar

A calda estará pronta quando vc pegar ela com uma colher colocar num recipiente de vidro com água e a açúcar cair fazendo barulho de bala dura

Esse processo tem que ser rápido porque a açúcar endurece rápido
