  • Diced Bacon170 g
  • refined sugar2 tablespoon
  • Water1 tablespoon
  • Chopped walnuts1/3 cup
  • Dairy Flour1 cup
  • Powdered milk2 tablespoon
  • Soybean oil1 teaspoon
  1. Put the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon until reduced by half and crispy - drain the excess fat on a paper towel.
  2. Return the bacon to a frying pan and mix it with the water and sugar - mixing non-stop to make it sugary and dry. Let cool.
  3. Once cold, process or chop until finely chopped. Add the milk flour, nuts and powdered milk and stir well.
  4. Serve on top of ice cream.
