- Whole milk2 cup
- Grated nutmeg1 coffee spoon
- White sugar300 g
- In a blender, beat all the ingredients except the sugar, reserve
- Take a central hole shape to the fire and melt the sugar until it forms a smooth caramel
- Pour the contents of the blender into the form
- Boil water and put it in a mold that fits the pudding mold inside, put water until it reaches 2 fingers of the pudding mold, get 3 drops of vinegar in the water to not darken the mold in the oven
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a pre-heated oven at 210 degrees for 1 hour.
- Very important, remove from the oven and take only the mold with the pudding to the fridge for at least 6 hours before unmoulding. Remove the aluminum foil only when unmoulding.
- After 6h, run the knife around the mold and give a slight twist to loosen the pudding completely before turning it, place a plate on top, turn quickly.
