- Recipe
- Dried Apricots100 g
- 70% vegan chocolate (I used blessed cocoa from cocoa show)90 g
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds and stir until melted.
- Dip half of the dried apricots in the melted chocolate until the two halves are well covered.
- Line a tray with cling film
- Place the chocolate-covered apricots on the tray
- Put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes
- unmold carefully
- Serve then or put it in a decorative Christmas box đ
- Tip: if you prefer, you can use milk or white chocolate đ
