- Dried apricot2 cup
- Orange juice1 cup
- Water3 cup
- Cinnamon Peel1 unit(s)
- Cut the apricots into small pieces. Place in a pan along with the orange juice, water and cinnamon.
- Leave on medium heat until boiling. Keep stirring and squeezing the apricots, cooking with the pan semi-covered, for about 30 minutes.
- Once ready, store the jam in a glass jar in the fridge. It lasts about 2 months.
