Eggs3 unit(s)
Natural yogurt1 cup
Sugar1.1/2 cup
Wheat flour1.1/2 cup
Dried apricot8 unit(s)
Baking powder1 tablespoon

In a bowl, mix the eggs with the oil and yogurt.
Add the sugar, the wheat flour and beat for a minute, add the chopped apricots and the baking powder and mix.
Grease a silicone mold with oil or a greased and floured aluminum mold and pour the dough
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, unmold and sprinkle with icing sugar.
