  • Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
  • Sugar3/4 cup
  • Water3/4 cup
  • Corn Friend1 tablespoon
  • Lemon (juice)2 unit(s)
  • Pastry dough1 unit(s)
  1. Wash, peel and cut the apples into small pieces. Place in a bowl with water and lemon juice. This will keep it from getting dark.
  2. In a pan, place the cinnamon, cornstarch, sugar and water. Mix to dissolve the starch well.
  3. Drain the apples and add the juice of one lemon. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until it starts to thicken.
  4. Cover the pan and cook for approximately 10 minutes or until the apples are cooked through. Let cool.
  5. Open the pastry dough and fill. Close by pressing with a fork and fry in hot oil. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Sprinkle a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Let it cool down a bit and it's done.
