  • FOR THE DOUGH: Wheat flour2 cup
  • Cold butter150 g
  • Egg yolk1 unit(s)
  • White Vinegar2 tablespoon
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • FOR THE FILLING: SLICED APPLES6 unit(s)
  • Brown Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Lemon Juice1 tablespoon
  • Wheat Flour1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon Powder1 tablespoon
  • Crystal sugar1 tablespoon
  • Whole milk2 tablespoon
  • FOR THE ICE CREAM: CUPUAÇU PULP150 g
  • condensed milk395 g
  • Sour cream400 g
  1. I started by preparing the dough, just mix the ingredients well (without kneading) until it's smooth, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge.
  2. I sliced the apples and added the brown sugar, lemon juice, flour and cinnamon.
  3. I rolled out the dough, made it as thin as possible, lined the mold with one part of the dough, put the stuffing, covered it with the other part of the dough, brushed it on top of the dough with milk and sprinkled sugar and cinnamon, took it to the oven for 35 minutes.
  4. I blended all the ingredients for the ice cream in a blender, put it in a pot and took it to the freezer for 1 hour. I took it out of the freezer and beat it in the mixer for 8 minutes, took it back to the freezer for 2 hours, it's very creamy and delicious.
  5. Remove the pie from the oven and serve hot with a scoop of ice cream.
