  • Argentine Apple1/2 unit(s)
  • Peanut Butter4 tablespoon
  • Medium flaked oats1/2 cup
  • Vanilla flavored Whey Protein1 unit(s)
  1. Put 2 tablespoons of peanut butter in a small bowl and mix it with Whey protein
  2. Add the oats and mix well with your hands, if necessary add more oatmeal until a moldable dough forms.
  3. Make disks with this dough and distribute in a pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool completely and unmold.
  6. Fill with peanut butter
  7. Cut the apple and place it on top of the tartlets.
  8. Ready 😋 great snack or pre workout option đŸ’Ș
