  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • Milk500 ml
  • Gem2 unit(s)
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Corn starch2 tablespoon
  • Apple4 unit(s)
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Water1 cup
  1. Grind the cornstarch biscuit and mix the butter until it forms a dough, press the bottom of a removable bottom roast and take it to the oven for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix the cornstarch with the milk and add it in a pan along with the condensed milk and the two yolks and bring to the fire until it forms a consistent cream and set aside.
  3. Cut the apples into thin slices. In a pan add the sugar and bring to the fire until it forms a caramel then add the water and stir well and after all the sugar dissolves add the apples stir a little until they soften and turn off
  4. After the dough, the cream and the apple cool, place the cream on the dough and then the apple on the cream and take it to the fridge for approximately 3 hours.
