- Grind the cornstarch biscuit and mix the butter until it forms a dough, press the bottom of a removable bottom roast and take it to the oven for 10 minutes.
- Mix the cornstarch with the milk and add it in a pan along with the condensed milk and the two yolks and bring to the fire until it forms a consistent cream and set aside.
- Cut the apples into thin slices. In a pan add the sugar and bring to the fire until it forms a caramel then add the water and stir well and after all the sugar dissolves add the apples stir a little until they soften and turn off
