- unsalted margarine APPLE SWEET120 g
- Gala apples, peeled and grated11 unit(s)
- Refined sugar9 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder2 tablespoon
- Lemon juice1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Gems4 unit(s)
- Vanilla0 to taste
- Grind the wafer in the processor (it can be in the blender) and add the margarine until you get a moist and homogeneous crumb. Line the base of a form with a removable background. Reserve.
- Place the grated apple, sugar and lemon over medium heat and cook until the water dries up.
- Add the cinnamon and let it cool and then spread it over the biscuit base. Reserve.
- Bring the condensed milk, the yolks and the vanilla to the fire in a pan and stir until it thickens. Turn off the heat and add the cream.
- Pour over the apple jam and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Serve cold.
