- Recipe
- Apple5 unit(s)
- Water4 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1/2 tablespoon
- Ginger Powder1/4 tablespoon
- Nutmeg to taste
- Almond flour1/2 cup
- Oat flakes1/3 cup
- Nuts1/3 cup
- Wheat flour1/3 cup
- Brown sugar1/3 cup
- Coconut oil1/3 cup
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Start by peeling the apples and cutting them into cubes. Place in a roasting pan with the water, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Bake in a preheated oven (180°) for 15 minutes.
- While the apple is roasting, place the almond slice, oatmeal, walnuts, wheat flour, brown sugar, coconut oil and salt in a blender or food processor. Beat in pulse mode until well incorporated.
- Place the farofa (it's better if you put it with your hands) over the apple, spreading it all over the shape. Put it back in the oven, this time at 200° for 20 minutes.
- You can serve it warm with a scoop of ice cream, but once it's cold, it's also delicious.
