Ingredients

  • Brown sugar | 100 g
  • Butter | 80 g
  • Wheat flour | 120 g
  • Chopped walnuts | 30 g
  • Apples | 2 unit(s)
  • Lemon | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Cinnamon |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Peel and cut the apples into cubes, separate them into the jars and squeeze the lemon over the top so they don't brown.
  2. In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon and walnuts.
  3. Melt the butter and add to the bowl, stir with a spoon lightly. Leave the lumps formed, do not undo.
  4. Add the farofa over the apples, evenly distributing between the cups.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden.
  6. Serve with vanilla ice cream !
